Introduction

In 2021, we hosted our first-ever virtual conference on church facility stewardship. After seeing the conference’s success, wanted to keep the ball rolling. We plan to host #CFMC (Church Facility Management Conference) again in fall 2022, but we want to incorporate another helpful conference about eSPACE.

Therefore, we are thrilled to introduce the first-ever eSPACE User Conference.

Who is The eSPACE User Conference For?

The conference is for eSPACE subscribers that are looking for additional and deeper training. Additionally, it is also for users considering using eSPACE as their facility management solution.

We will cover a high-level overview of each eSPACE module including the following components:

  • Event Scheduler
  • Work Order and Asset Management
  • HVAC/Door/Light/Digital Signage Integrations
  • Zoom/Google/Outlook Integrations
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Barcoding.

We will dive deep into each primary module to explain best practices and how our power users utilize the software. This experience will be great if you are looking to learn more about eSPACE, and it will also be an excellent training opportunity for current subscribers.

Additional Conference Details

It is not too far out; eSPACE User Conference 2024 will be on May 15th and May 16th from 12-5 pm EST. This conference will be completely virtual. Below is the conference’s agenda:
