Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Researching and discovering new leads
  • Provide outbound efforts to warm and cold leads
  • Conducting introduction calls to qualify prospects for the company’s products and services
  • Contact leads who have downloaded or utilized free resources, as assigned
  • Managing and updating CRM daily
  • Other administrative tasks related to sales or directed by the Director of Revenue
  • Collaboration with the company team members, joining of daily and weekly meetings, etc
  • Typical Working Hours:  9-5pm CST,  M-F

Ramp-Up Period:

  • For the first 90 days, the employee will be on a “ramp up” period. If goals are met, full time position and benefits will be offered.
  • Employee will be lead through internal sales training
  • Activity Goal is to:
    • 100 LinkedIn Connections / week
    • 150 New Contact calls / week
    • 100 New Contact emails / week
    • Contact leads within pipeline to progress to closed daily via various channels (call, email, social media etc)
  • Performance Goal Is:
    • 6-8 Qualified Demos Generated / week by end up 90 days

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fluently speaks English
  • Go-getter, driven and eager to learn while making money
  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Passionate about church growth
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Proficient communicator via email and phone
  • Knowledgeable of LInkedIn
