Education Coordinator

Salary Range: $60,000 – 65,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • LMS Management:
    • Upload and arrange video and written content into courses and quizzes within the LMS on topics including: software usage, facility stewardship, and event management.
    • Closely collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts 
    • Maintain a Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Update content based on user feedback and effectiveness
    • Work with marketing to commercialize and promote courses
  • Customer Engagement Platform Management (UserPilot): 
    • Create and deploy in-product walkthroughs for onboarding and new feature rollouts.
    • Monitor user engagement and adjust content accordingly.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on content alignment.
  • Live Event Coordination 
    • Assist the team with the annual eSPACE User Conference, Church Facility Managers Conference (CFMC), and In person events.  
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years experience managing LMS, Customer Engagement Platforms, and knowledge bases
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with LMS platforms and Customer Engagement Platforms such as UserPilot, and customer support platforms such as Zendesk
    • Ability to create and edit multimedia content
    • Knowledge of knowledge base software and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
